A body-led, truth-rooted space for women who are ready to stop performing their lives and start returning to who they actually are.

Why I created Living In Resonance

I started Living in Resonance because I understand what it’s like to keep moving forward while feeling disconnected from yourself.

To keep carrying on.
To keep adjusting to everything around you.
To keep being what others need you to be.
To keep showing strength on the outside, even when something deeper inside feels unseen, unheard, or hidden.

I also know that many women live this way, not realizing that what they call “just who I am” is often just survival.

It’s conditioning, protection, your nervous system adapting, taking on inherited roles, holding onto old beliefs.

It’s your body learning what it needed to do to stay safe, loved, accepted, or needed.

Living in Resonance comes from the belief that women are not broken, they have simply adapted. And underneath the fear, over giving, silence, acting strong, and self-abandonment, there is still a self that is worth coming back to.

This is the work I care about.

I want to help women return to that self with honesty, embodiment, self-trust, and truth.

My Story

Living in Resonance was born from my own journey through survival mode. As a mother of four navigating intense pressure, health struggles, and the weight of holding everything together, I came face to face with how deeply survival can shape a woman’s identity.

This work grew from my journey of nervous system healing, self-trust, and returning to the truth of who I really am. Now, I help other women do the same.

What I believe...

I beleive many women have confused surviving with who they really are.

I beleive things like overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down emotionally, being overly independent, doing too much, and ignoring your own needs are often ways to protect yourself, not who you truly are.

I believe healing isn’t complete if it doesn’t reach your body, your sense of self, or your everyday life.

I believe you can feel the difference between truth and old habits in your body.

I believe trusting yourself is more important than how well you perform.

I believe setting boundaries is a form of self-respect.

I believe living in resonance isn’t just a feeling or a perfect state. It’s a way of coming back to yourself.

And I believe women deserve work that is deep, emotionally honest, spiritually grounded, and real enough to truly change their lives.

What makes this work different

This is not mindset work alone.

It is not about becoming your highest self while ignoring you're body.

This work asks deeper questions like :

What did your body learn?
What did you inherit?
What have you mistaken for identity?
What is actually true for you?
What would it mean to become someone you trust?
What would change if you stopped building your life around self-abandonment?

That is what makes this work different.

It does not ask you to become more impressive, it asks you to become more honest.

Start where you are.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You can start gently and honestly. You can start with the part of you that knows something has to change. If this work speaks to something in you, begin with the first step that feels true.
