Why Living In Resonance was created

Living in Resonance was created for the woman who knows she cannot keep living from survival and calling it normal.

For the woman who is tired of shape-shifting, over functioning, over giving, and quietly abandoning herself just to keep everything else steady.

This work was born from the belief that women are not broken they are adapted.
And that beneath the conditioning, the roles, the fear, and the performance, there is still a self worth returning to.
